Bontha Tirupathi Reddy is a 27-year-old from Posupalli village in the Prakasam district. He has demonstrated that using online resources effectively can lead to great success.

Despite his family’s financial difficulties, Tirupathi secured two railway jobs without attending any special coaching classes.

He utilized YouTube to prepare for the Railway Recruitment Board exams. He watched videos on general knowledge, reasoning, and other necessary subjects through various channels on the platform.

After completing his Bachelors in Science, Tirupathi began his preparation and landed two jobs in the South West Railways-Bengaluru division. Of these two jobs, one is a grade-4 assistant and another is a commercial cum ticket clerk.

Tirupathi didn’t want to burden his father with all of the agricultural work. So he decided to stay with his family in his village and study for the exam.

Despite the lack of proper infrastructure at home, he managed to balance his agriculture work and studies.

He kept his books at a nearby temple, which also served as his study corner as the mobile network was good at that place.

Tirupathi applied for the RRB exams in 2019 and secured his first job in the SWR-Bangalore as a grade-4 assistant.

He attributed his success to a YouTube channel called ‘wifistudy’. On that channel, Sahil, Deepak, and Neeraj helped him with mathematics, reasoning, and GK.

Tirupathi used to study for 10-12 hours and prepare his own notes.

He plans to work towards helping other youngsters from rural and poor family backgrounds after he starts his job.
