Hyderabad student bags ₹43 lakh salary package

Recruitment companies search for talented and the best students. Here is an instance of a Hyderabad student who has bagged ₹43 lakh salary package per annum in the campus selection.

Interestingly, she is not from the engineering field.

V Nandini Soni is a student of the University of Hyderabad (UoH). She bagged a huge package in the recruitment drive of Adobe Systems. This is the highest package in the history of UoH.

Nandini Soni is a student of MCA in the School of Computer and Information Sciences at the University of Hyderabad.


Adobe Systems conducted campus placement drive for women students as part of their Empowering Women @SheCodes in the University.

The drive was coordinated by the Placement Guidance & Advisory Bureau (PGAB). She has been selected in that drive with a handsome salary package of ₹43 lakhs per annum.

Four candidates were shortlisted for the final round and Nandini Soni was selected. She did her schooling from Atomic Energy Central School (AECS), Boisar, Maharashtra and Bachelors (BCA) from St. Xaviers, Ahmedabad.

After that, she studied at the University of Hyderabad for Masters (MCA). She says that she could not perform well in the engineering field; hence, she decided to pursue higher studies in computer science.

That’s why she had chosen a course in Computer Applications. She said that she had learned many things about teamwork and real-life application development in Smart India Hackathon, 2019. Her team won the competition.

She wanted to be an expert software developer for which she has started a community in her department along with her friends to bring the community of computer science students.

This helped the students build projects and have group discussions on different subjects.

Nandini says that her family members, friends and faculties supported a lot and influenced her in many ways to achieve the present position.
