This innovative venture uses tree leaves and bamboo to manufacture eco-friendly products, now generating millions in revenue and expanding its footprint globally.
Raised in a middle-class family, Rahul’s educational journey took him from a municipal government school in his hometown to completing a B.Tech in Surat. He pursued an MBA from the Xavier School of Management in Jamshedpur.
His professional career spanned various companies from 2008 to 2019, after which he decided to venture out on his own, driven by a deep concern for the environment.
The inception of EcoSoul Home was marked by Rahul’s decision to sell his house, a testament to his commitment to his vision.
In 2020, alongside Arvind Ganesan, he launched the company in Washington, focusing on products that contribute to reducing plastic waste.
The success was swift, and by 2022, Rahul returned to India to further expand the business.
Today, EcoSoul Home operates across several countries, with over 150 manufacturing facilities worldwide. These countries include the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Germany.
The company’s revenue has soared past ₹300 crore, a remarkable achievement that underscores the viability of eco-friendly business models.
More impressively, Rahul’s enterprise has saved 1.3 million tonnes of plastic, embodying the principle that businesses can prosper without harming the planet.
