Headquartered in San Francisco and New Delhi, Hiration uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to help job seekers build resumes faster and more effectively.

The platform analyses job descriptions and candidate profiles to create resumes that are optimised for both recruiters and applicant tracking systems (ATS), which are widely used by companies to screen applications.

Over the years, Hiration has evolved beyond resume building into a comprehensive career assistance platform.

In addition to resume creation, it supports users with cover letter writing, online portfolio development, LinkedIn profile optimisation, and interview preparation.

The goal is to provide professionals with a complete toolkit for managing their careers and job transitions.

A key strength of the startup lies in its extensive use of data and AI. Hiration has analysed millions of resumes and job postings to identify patterns that influence hiring decisions.

Using advanced natural language processing and machine learning models, including OpenAI’s GPT technology, the platform offers real-time guidance while users prepare resumes or get ready for interviews.

The startup has already served more than 500,000 users across different industries and collaborates with over 75 universities worldwide.

Its institutional partners include leading educational institutions and edtech companies, helping students and graduates improve their employability in a competitive job market.

To accelerate growth, Hiration raised ₹21 crore ($3 million) in funding from investors including Prime Venture Partners, Venture Highway, and Y Combinator.

The company plans to use the capital to enhance its technology, expand operations in India and the United States, and strengthen its workforce.

As job mobility continues to increase, Hiration aims to become a one-stop career management platform.

By combining AI-driven insights with user-friendly tools, the startup is helping professionals present their skills more effectively and improve their chances of securing better career opportunities.
