Your personal year number can be calculated as follows:

Reduce the month and day of your birth to a single number. For example, if you born on February 10, then summing up the number, 2 + 10 = 12, i.e. 3 (1+ 2).

Then, reduce the year number to a single digit. If you add 2020, then 2 + 0 + 2 + 0 = 4.

Add the year number to the month and date number. Here it becomes 3 + 4 = 7. If you have two digits when added, then add further to make single number.
