If time is tight, try quick meal solutions, like pre-cut vegetables or frozen meals. For late-night hunger, a light snack, like yoghurt or fruit, can help.

Skipping Meals

Skipping meals can lower your blood sugar, affecting your mood and energy. It might also lead to overeating later.
