This is one of the best decoctions to boost immunity. Tulsi has many medicinal values. Chewing the leaves itself can relieve the symptoms of flu. Black pepper is an antioxidant and cinnamon is renowned for its anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties . Dry ginger has immunity-boosting compounds while raisins are loaded with minerals and vitamins.
  • Using the decoction made with cardamom, black pepper and lemon also improves immunity. Black pepper and cardamom have immunomodulatory effects. Lemon contains a high amount of vitamin C which helps fight infectious diseases.
