Currently, the services of JioMart are available in Navi Mumbai, Thane and Kalyan to cater to the needs of suburban users.
However, services will be scaled up further and the JioMart app will be launched soon.

There is no minimum order value to get free home delivery. An easy return policy with a no-questions-asked return policy feature.
Taglined with ‘India ki nayi dukaan’, JioMart offers pre-registration discounts to its customers.
Reliance wants to link traders, small merchants, and consumers through technology. The company has been working on its new commerce plan for two years. It operates many supermarkets, hypermarkets, wholesale, and online stores at present.
Since Reliance wants to capture the share in the food and grocery market, it launched the portal.
The company is signing up local merchants under an online-to-offline (O2O) business model.
Under this model, consumers can search the product or service online but buy at a physical store.
Thus, merchants can serve the local needs of consumers. At the same time, this model can help Reliance save costs and enter outside the range of online retailers.
The company aims to connect around 30 million neighbourhood stores through the venture to have a substantial share in the market.
