NFL opens field representative jobs for agriculture diploma holders
Government sector jobs continue to attract thousands of young aspirants across India.
Now, National Fertilisers Limited (NFL) has announced a fresh recruitment drive for agriculture diploma candidates.
The NFL has invited online applications for the post of Field Representative – NDSC Centre in charge.
The recruitment offers 40 vacancies across different locations. Interested candidates can apply online from May 13, 2026, to June 12, 2026.
Applicants must hold a regular full-time two-year Diploma or Polytechnic in Agriculture or its related sub-disciplines.
However, Diploma in Horticulture candidates are not eligible.
General category applicants must secure at least 50% marks, while SC, ST, PwBD and departmental candidates need 45% marks.
The minimum age required is 18 years, whereas the upper age limit is 30 years. Moreover, reserved category candidates will receive age relaxation according to government rules.
SC and ST candidates will get five years relaxation, while OBC-NCL applicants will receive three years.
Selected candidates will receive a pay scale of ₹21,500 to ₹52,000. In addition, the NFL will provide several benefits, including Industrial Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, medical facilities, provident fund, gratuity and insurance coverage.
The recruitment process will include an offline OMR-based examination followed by document verification. The NFL may also conduct a skill or trade test, although it will remain qualifying in nature.
Candidates belonging to the General, OBC and EWS categories must pay an application fee of ₹200 along with applicable bank charges.
Meanwhile, eligible applicants should carefully upload photographs, signatures and certificates in the prescribed format before final submission.
The cut-off date for eligibility calculation is April 30, 2026. Furthermore, the NFL will open an application correction window from June 14, 2026, for candidates needing changes in submitted forms.
