Delhi Metro launches 10th customer satisfaction survey

Starting Monday, Delhi Metro will conduct its tenth customer satisfaction survey to gather input from passengers on its services and amenities.

The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) announced that the month-long online survey, from July 15 to August 14, will use a detailed questionnaire to collect feedback on specific themes.

Passengers are encouraged to visit the official DMRC website and participate by clicking on the links provided on the homepage.

The survey, available in both Hindi and English, will cover seven key areas. These include quality of services, information, customer service, facilities outside metro stations, security, safety and comfort etc.


The DMRC says that the survey aims to understand passengers’ perceptions of the services they receive. The feedback will help assess and improve various aspects of metro facilities and services.

The survey seeks not only feedback but also suggestions for enhancements.

The 10th Online Customer Satisfaction Survey – 2024 aims to collect detailed feedback from commuters on various components of metro services and facilities.

The comprehensive questionnaire will cover every aspect of metro operations, allowing participants to share their thoughts on critical areas.

Commuters who wish to contribute can visit the DMRC’s official website and submit their inputs via the provided links. The survey form will last one month, starting today and concluding on August 14, 2024.

The DMRC emphasised that the survey’s results will be instrumental in making necessary improvements based on the feedback received.
