Tata Value Homes partners with Snapdeals to Sell More Homes Online | Fusion - WeRIndia

Tata Value Homes, a subsidiary of Tata Housing Development Co entered into a strategic partnership with Snapdeal to sell apartments online. It is the first time that e-commerce Company has partnered with a real estate company.

According to the Economic Times, Indian real estate market is estimated to grow each year and will reach to more than 11 lakh crore by 2020. The more demand is seen residential property sector and in the coming five years, there will be a need of 2.8 million houses in the top most eight Indian cities. The apartments will be listed in five cities including Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Ahmedabad and Pune.

Tata Value Homes believes that it will sell over 1,000 apartment units via Snapdeal by this agreement. The buyers can book the properties online by paying a minimum booking fee of INR 30,000. The customers who book their properties listed on the website via Snapdeal will be given incentive of INR 10,000 per month for 12 months.
