Women’s nature as per Samudrika Shashtra
Samudrika Shastra is one of the branches of Indian astrology. It reveals the whole body analysis of humans. It has various branches including Mukh Samudrika, Hast Samudrika and Kapal Samudrika which deal with face reading, palmistry and phrenology respectively.
Samudrika Shashtra is broadly categorized into two: Stri Samudrika that deals with women’s nature and Purush Samudrika that deals with men’s. Stri Samudrika says that women’s physical features can describe her real nature.
Whether these are true or not, many people believe them. Here is a list of some physical attributes and their respective nature as per Samudrika Shashtra.
Samudrika Shashtra believed that a woman with bony or hairy back would have a loose tongue and she would hurt her loved ones. A woman with a fleshy and hairless back is said to be a perfect partner to her husband.
Long ears of a woman is a sign of happiness and children. Small nostrils of equal size indicate good health and luck of the woman. Woman with a flat nose symbolizes servitude. Too small or too large of a nose on a woman is an indication of her quarrelsome attitude.
A woman with soft, round and fleshy arms is a symbol of auspiciousness. If the thumbs of a woman have the shape of a lotus bud, then she would be lucky enough to get married by a “King”. On the other hand, bony thumbs or bent thumbs are a symbol of bad luck. Soft, long and hairless fingers are a symbol of good fortune. But, bony, bent and hairy fingers indicate bad luck. A woman with somewhat red palms, elevated in the middle, and even spaced lines on the palm is considered as lucky.
If she has soft skin with light-colored hair or without hair on the skin, then she is said to bring good fortune for the man she marries. If she has dry skin with visible lines, then she would have to face a lot of struggles in her life.
