It’s time: Indian Super League matches now
It’s time for Indian Super League (ISL), a football championship and the second-largest annual sporting festival in India. ISL, which is sponsored by Hero has commenced from October 12, 204 and continued to December 20, 2014. The eight franchises are Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai, Pune, Goa, Kochi and Guwahati. Major industrialists, Bollywood stars and legendary cricketers have invested in these franchises. Sun Group, Videocon Group, John Abraham, Ranbir Kapoor, Sachin Tendulkar, Sourav Ganguly, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Virat Kohli, Harshavardhan Neotia, Wadhawan Group, Sanjiv Goenka, PVP Ventures, Utsav Parekh, Dattaraj Salgaocar and Atletico Madrid are some of them.
The opening ceremony was conducted at Salt Lake Stadium, Kolkata on Sunday. It is a grand feast for sports lovers as several celebrities from Bollywood like Hrithik Roshan, Ranbir Kapoor, Abhishek Bachchan, Priyanka Chopra and John Abraham, and cricketers like Sachin Tendulkar and Sourav Ganguly were present at the event.
