PM Modi to Visit Facebook Headquarters | Fusion - WeRIndia

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be visiting the headquarters of Facebook on September 27. He will interact with Mark Zuckerberg, the CEO and join him in Townhall Q&A in California.

This information was announced on the Facebook post of Mark Zuckerberg. He urged people to post their questions in the comment section. Both Narendra Modi and Mark Zuckerberg will discuss whether they can jointly work on addressing the social and economic issues.

Subsequently, PM Modi also posted on Facebook about the invitation of Mark Zuckerberg to Facebook headquarters. He thanked the CEO of Facebook for inviting him for the Townhall interaction. He invited people to share their questions for the interaction at Townhall. PM felt that without the involvement of people the programme will not be complete. People who want to contribute their questions can either use Facebook or Narendra Modi Mobile App. Modi expects the interaction to be a memorable one by covering the extensive range of issues. Hence, the larger the participation of people, the more the coverage of issues will be.

Last year, Mark Zuckerberg met PM Modi in New Delhi. He took it as an honor to host Prime Minister of India in the headquarters of Facebook. He assured PM to help in Digital India initiative of the government if they recognize the domains that need help.

PM Modi will visit Ireland and the US from September 23 to 29. He will approach the UN General Assembly. He will visit Google headquarters as well.
