Good news for NEET aspirants. If you are the aspirant of NEET and missed the NEET I, or could not register for NEET I, then it is right time for you to appear for NEET II. You can even apply for NEET II if you had appeared for NEET I, but have worried that you had not prepared well. Here are the details about NEET II.

National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) II will be conducted on July 24, 2016 by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Delhi as per the directions of Supreme Court of India. NEET is conducted for admissions to MBBS/BDS Courses. The qualified candidates can get admission into the Medical or Dental Colleges that are run with the approval of Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India.

NEET I was conducted on May 1, 2016. NEET II will be conducted on July 24, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. for 3 hours. Yet, candidates are not allowed to the examination hall after 09:30 a.m. The online process for the exam was started from yesterday.

While filling the online application, you have to remember certain things. You have to fill the application without any mistakes and the details like name, father’s name etc. should be according to SSC or class X certificate. You have to submit your scanned image of your latest photograph not exceeding the size of 100 Kb, signature, and right hand index finger which do not exceed the size of 20 Kb in JPG format only.


Fee is Rs.1400 for general candidates and Rs.750 for SC/ST/PH candidates. You can pay the fees using your debit or credit card. You can pay via net banking or e-wallet of Common Service Centre. You can even pay by e-Challan. But, the last date to pay the fees and submit the application through e-Challan is June 21, 2016. You can submit your applications till June 26, 2016 if you choose the other payment modes.

Admit cards will be uploaded on July 8, 2016. Declaration of result will be intimated on the website. You can login to www.aipmt.nic.in to submit online application.
