Make in India website launched by PM Narendra Modi
Prime Minister Narendra Modi‘s Make in India campaign is focused on ease of doing business, better public-private relationships, and making use of the power of democracy.
The PM’s call to attract investors has hit the right notes with the intended target audience. PM Modi has launched the Make in India campaign at a programme in Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi on Thursday.
Modi has promised a helpful environment for the investors and stated that the government would focus on the manufacturing sector to help create new job opportunities. The website of Make in India (makeinindia.com) has been launched by the prime minister.
The homepage of the website consists of a logo of a lion which symbolizes the Ashoka Chakra. The website also consists of other widgets on the homepage which will inform anyone about sectors, live projects, policies, and FAQs.
PM Modi has stated that he does not want any industrialist to be forced to leave India. He stated that the most important thing is faith. He added that due to the way the country was run, they have failed to show faith in people. Modi stated that in the last few years, many people he met had wanted to shift out of the country.
He said that he does not want any industrialist to be forced to leave India and that they have been able to bring some amount of change in the last few months. He stressed that India needs to focus on two FDIs – one is First Develop India and another is Foreign Direct Investment.
