Hrishikesh Exporters gifts Cars, Houses and Jewelry as Diwali Bonus | Fusion - WeRIndia

Palki Savjibhai Dholakia is a diamond merchant who runs Hrishikesh Exporters in Surat. He gifted his employees, cars, houses and jewelry as Diwali bonus. He stated that this is a reward for their performance which helped in the success of the company. He spent Rs. 50 Crore for these incentives.

Out of his 7,500 employees across the globe, around 1,200 employees who worked hard for meeting the yearly targets are selected and honoured. 200 workers are provided with apartments, 525 have been gifted diamond jewelry and 491 are given brand new cars. The company gifts cars to the employees who received homes or jewelry in the past for their performance and homes to people who received cars and jewelry in the past and so on.

Employees who received the gifts express their happiness and cheer and exclaimed that they are lucky to have an employer like Dholakia. This is not the first time Dholakia rewarded his employees. Since 2012, he has been honouring his employees in this way. In 2012, three employees and in 2013, 72 employees were gifted with cars. But this year the number of employees that have been rewarded reached to more than 1,000.
