These mobile wallets save your fuel bill - Fusion - WeRIndia

As the fuel prices are skyrocketing, some mobile wallets offer cashbacks and other offers for the payments done through them.

Here are some of them:

Paytm offers a cashback of up to ₹7,500 on the fuel bills if the payment is done using their app. The offer is valid for a period of one year from August 1, 2018 to August 1, 2019.

However, furnishing your documents is mandatory as per the rules of RBI in order to use the Paytm app.

The minimum transaction value is ₹50 to avail this offer. You have to participate in the offer for which you have complete your first transaction using Paytm at the petrol pump outlet.

Then, you will receive a message stating that you are participating in the offer and will get up to ₹7,500 cashback in a period of one year.

There is another offer of Paytm which is valid from October 1 to October 31, 2018. Customers can get 5 percent cashback at the select petrol pumps if the minimum transaction is ₹20. Customers can avail this only twice in this one-month period and maximum cashback available is ₹50 per transaction.

Mobikwik offer is valid from October 1 to December 31, 2018. Under this offer, 25 percent supercash is available on fuel payments. Customers can use the offer only once in the month. The minimum transaction is ₹50 and the maximum supercash is capped at ₹100.

Freecharge offer is valid from October 1 to October 31, 2018. Minimum transaction to avail this offer is ₹250 and customers can get ₹25 as cashback. They can avail this offer twice in the offer period.

Phone Pe is another mobile wallet which is accepted at HP and Indian Oil petrol pumps. Customers can get 35 to 40 percent cashback on fuel bill payment which is valid till December 31, 2018. The minimum transaction is ₹100. The offers can be used only once per day. Users can get back ₹70 for the first transaction.
