NPCIL Deputy Manager & Junior Hindi Translator Recruitment 2025 | Fusion - WeRIndia

The Nuclear Power Corporation of India (NPCIL) has released a recruitment notification for 122 posts, including Deputy Manager and Junior Hindi Translator (JHT).

Interested candidates can apply online from 7 November 2025 to 27 November 2025 through the official website.

NPCIL is inviting applications for the positions of Deputy Manager and Junior Hindi Translator.

The total number of vacancies is 122, with a pay matrix ranging from ₹35,400 to ₹56,100.

Candidates must hold a graduate or postgraduate degree, depending on the post.

The minimum age requirement is 18 years, and the upper age limit is 30 years.

The recruitment includes the following openings:

• Deputy Manager (HR) – 31 posts
• Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts) – 48 posts
• Deputy Manager (Contracts & Materials Management) – 34 posts
• Deputy Manager (Legal) – 1 post
• Junior Hindi Translator – 8 posts

Deputy Manager (HR) requires a graduation degree with at least 60% marks, along with a full-time MBA, PG Degree, PG Diploma, MMS, MSW, or Integrated MBA.

Deputy Manager (F&A) requires graduation with 60% marks and a full-time MBA or equivalent qualification with specialisation in Finance. Professional degrees like CA, CMA, or CFA are also accepted.

Deputy Manager (C&MM) requires an engineering graduate plus a full-time MBA or equivalent qualification with specialisation in Materials Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Inventory Control.

Deputy Manager (Legal) requires a full-time LLB with 60% marks and registration with the Bar Council.

Junior Hindi Translator requires a Master’s degree involving Hindi and English in various combinations, along with a translation diploma or two years of translation experience.

Age Limit (as of 27 November 2025)

• Deputy Manager: 18-30 years
• Junior Hindi Translator: 21-30 years
• Age relaxations apply as per government rules.

Salary Details

• Deputy Manager – ₹56,100 (Level 10), approx. monthly emoluments: ₹86,955
• Junior Hindi Translator – ₹35,400 (Level 6), approx. monthly emoluments: ₹54,870

Application Fees

• Deputy Manager: ₹500
• Junior Hindi Translator: ₹150

Deputy Managers will undergo:

• Online Test
• Personal Interview

Junior Hindi Translators will undergo:

• Preliminary Test
• Advanced Test
