The experience requirements range from three years for the Assistant Manager post to seventeen years for the top managerial roles. Age limits vary between 36 and 50 years, based on the post.

Salaries for the announced positions are highly competitive. The pay scale ranges from ₹60,000 to ₹2,40,000 per month, depending on the role and grade level.

The Manager post offers a salary between ₹60,000 and ₹1,80,000, while the highest-paying General Manager role provides a monthly package up to ₹2,40,000.

The selection process will consist of a written test and/or interview, as determined by the requirements of each position.
