Following this, the Economic Survey will be tabled, offering an in-depth analysis of India’s economic performance and a roadmap for future growth.
The session will be conducted in two distinct phases. The first part will run from January 31 to February 13, spanning nine sittings.

Finance Minister Sitharaman will also participate in discussions, addressing the Union Budget’s proposals and their implications for the nation’s progress.
After a scheduled recess, Parliament will reconvene for the second phase on March 10.
This segment will focus on the detailed examination of the budget proposals, including the demands for grants from various ministries.
Lawmakers will discuss and deliberate on sectoral allocations, ensuring transparency and accountability in government spending.
With a total of 27 sittings planned, this Budget Session is vital for shaping India’s economic trajectory.
It will provide a platform to deliberate on key policy measures, address challenges, and set the stage for sustained growth in 2025 and beyond.
The outcomes of this session are expected to influence crucial sectors. Some of them include infrastructure, health, education, and digital transformation.
This is because the government strives to strengthen the nation’s fiscal foundation and enhance public welfare.
