DGCA amends new refund rules

To help air travellers, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) amended new refund rules. Passengers of domestic flights will be reimbursed up to 75% of the ticket cost if they are downgraded involuntarily. For international flights, it is up to 30% of the ticket cost.
