The SIT has been set up by the Supreme Court to look into untaxed or black money foreign bank accounts. It invites facts and information from the public. The group is an interesting institution of retired judges and regulators, who will release an email id that anyone can use to give credible information.
After a meeting on details of its inquiry after the government sent a list of 627 foreign account holders.
