Use these platforms to find out COVID vaccination slots
As the vaccination drive has been going on in the country, many people find it difficult to get their vaccination. This is due to difficulty in finding vaccination slots. Though the vaccination is opened to all adults, many states have not yet started to all of them due to shortage of vaccines.
Hence, they decided to finish the vaccine process for the people who got their first shot. Many people aged above 45 years received their first dose. However, they could not get their second dose on time due to vaccine shortage. Many of them are unable to find out vaccination slots. At the same time, individuals aged between 18 and 44 years also find it difficult to book a vaccination slot.
In this scenario, many platforms in the country are helping the citizens to find out vaccination slots.
Paytm launched ‘COVID-19 Vaccine Finder’ for both Android and iOS users. It uses real-time data from the CoWin portal. People can check the availability of vaccination slots for the next four weeks using it. Users also have the option of getting real-time alerts.
Getjab.in helps individuals aged between 18 and 45 years to book vaccination slots by registering with their details like name, district and email. Users will be notified through a message if they provide their phone number.
Vaccinateme.in is made by HealthifyMed. It enables users to find out the nearest COVID-19 vaccination centres. If all slots are saturated, they will be notified on WhatsApp after the opening of a slot.
Under45.in helps individuals aged between 18 and 44 years to book a vaccination slot by just entering the district and state name. There is no need to provide any other personal details like name, email etc.
Findslot.in uses CoWin open API. It helps users find out the availability of vaccine slots by entering different pin codes individually. Currently, it is not providing a real-time slot and the developers are trying to fix the issue.
