India among top 3 nations that generate most billionaires | Fusion - WeRIndia

For the first time India found itself among the top three countries which generated the most number of billionaires. Mukesh Ambani of Reliance Industries is leading the Hurun Global Rich List – India 2015 of wealthiest in the country.

The India list gives the details of the wealthiest people of India with a cut off wealth of Rs. 6000 crore. Mukesh Ambani who has Rs 1.2 lakh crore tops the list of billionaires in the country. He is followed by Dilip Shanghvi of Sun Pharma with an estimated value of Rs 1.02 lakh crore. The third place is taken by Pallonji Mistry and family of Tata Sons with a value of Rs. 96,000 crores.

This is the first time that India has been among the top three countries with maximum number of billionaires. The list is topped by the US followed by China.
