The National investigation Agency (NIA) probing the Burdwan blasts is ready to file its charge sheet before the city civil court in Kolkata.

The case which has received no only state wide but also international attention is set to receive a charge sheet. The case is very important because it was an operation aimed towards to revitalizing the JMB.

The Burdwan blast case investigation is not just limited to the West Bengal. The case is definitely an interstate operation which also concerns Assam as well. JMB, which was originally started out Bangladesh has sent its members with the aim of bring the outfit back to its strength.

There are many attempts made in West Bengal to revive JMB. There was also a lot of focus that these members showed in Assam too.

During the investigations the NIA had found that many of the cadres were tasked with changing the mental attitude of individuals particularly on the border areas.

There were camps being undertaken to ensure that they could implement the sharia law in these areas.

Twenty seven people were filed with charges regarding the Burdwan blasts case. All of them are charged under the stringent provisions of the Unlawful Activities prevention Act.

The NIA in its charge sheet additionally mentions that they are on the lookout for 10 more persons who are reportedly in Bangladesh.
