MyGov Corona Helpdesk rolled out this new feature on WhatsApp for users so that they can download it from WhatsApp directly. The downloading process is easy.

Whether you received the first dose or two doses, you can download the vaccination certificate from WhatsApp. That means, both partially and fully vaccinated individuals can download it from this social media messaging platform.

Here is a complete guide for downloading the COVID-19 certificate using WhatsApp:

WhatsApp number of the MyGov Corona Helpdesk is +91 9013151515. Add this number to your contact list. Open the chatbox of the above number and open the chat window.

After opening the chat, type Download Certificate in the dialogue box.

You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number. Fill in the OTP in the chatbox to download your certificate.

If you have registered more than one person on the same mobile number, then you will be sent the list of people from which you have to choose. Choose the corresponding number of the person whose certificate you want to download. You will receive the COVID-19 vaccination certificate. Download it and keep its printout ready for future use.
