Two More Companies to be listed on BSE SME platform | Fusion - WeRIndia

According to the Economic Times, two companies would get listed on BSE’s SME platform and are expected to raise up to Rs. 8 crore collectively. They are Atishay Infotech and Aryaman Capital Markets. Both are Mumbai based companies. At present, there are 67 firms are listed on BSE SME platform.

Atishay Infotech is an IT company proposed to offer 23.20 lakh shares at a price of Rs. 16 aiming to accumulate Rs 3.71 crore. The IPO started on September 25 and would end on September 29.

Aryaman Capital Markets launched its IPO on September 25 which would end on October 1. The shares are issued at a price of Rs. 12 each and 35.90 lakh shares are issued amounting to Rs 4.30 crore.
