SC opens applications for 80 Junior Court Attendant positions

The Supreme Court of India has announced a recruitment drive for 80 vacancies for the position of Junior Court Attendant.

Starting August 23, 2024, eligible candidates can apply online until September 12, 2024, via the official website.

Interested applicants are advised to review the official notification carefully to ensure they meet all eligibility criteria.

Candidates must be between 18 and 27 years old and have passed the 10th standard from a recognized board.


Additionally, they should possess a one-year full-time diploma in cooking or culinary arts from a recognized institute.

Applicants must also have at least three years of cooking experience in a prestigious hotel, restaurant, or government department.

The selection process includes a written exam, a practical trade skill test, and an interview.

The written exam, worth 100 marks, will assess general knowledge and culinary skills, followed by a practical trade skill test focused on cooking and hygiene, worth 70 marks. The final interview will carry 30 marks.

The application fee for the Supreme Court Junior Court Attendant position is ₹400, with a reduced fee of ₹200 for SC/ST, physically challenged candidates, ex-servicemen, and others.

These include dependents of freedom fighters, widows, divorcee women, and judicially separated women who are not remarried.

To apply, candidates should visit the Supreme Court of India’s official website, navigate to the Recruitment tab, and follow the instructions to complete the online application.

Applicants must register with accurate information, log in with their credentials, fill out the application form, upload the required documents, and pay the application fee before submitting.
