The National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) has announced its Manager Recruitment 2026, opening opportunities for experienced engineering professionals across multiple disciplines.

A total of 48 Manager posts will be filled through this recruitment drive. The online application process begins on 13 January 2026 and will close on 2 February 2026.

Interested candidates must apply through the official website. The recruitment is being conducted for various managerial posts.

Selected candidates will be placed on an IDA pay scale of ₹80,000 to ₹2,20,000 per month, making it one of the most attractive PSU opportunities at the managerial level.

NALCO has allocated vacancies across disciplines, with the highest number of posts in the Chemical stream.

Out of the total 48 vacancies, 2 posts are reserved for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD). Category-wise reservations apply as per the Government of India norms.

Applicants must hold a B.Tech/B.E, B.Arch, or M.E/M.Tech degree in the relevant discipline from a recognised university or AICTE-approved institution.

Candidates with qualifications obtained through Open and Distance Learning are also eligible, provided the degree is recognised by statutory authorities.

In addition, applicants must possess a minimum of eight years of executive or officer-level experience in Government organisations, PSUs, or reputed private-sector companies.

Experience requirements vary by discipline and include exposure to project execution, plant maintenance, commissioning, and specialised industrial operations.

The maximum age limit is 38 years as on 2 February 2026, with relaxations available for SC, ST, OBC (NCL), PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, and other eligible categories. The upper age limit, including all relaxations, shall not exceed 56 years.

The application fee is ₹1,000 for UR, OBC, and EWS candidates, while SC, ST, and PwBD candidates need to pay ₹500 as a processing fee.

Internal candidates are exempted from payment. Fees must be paid online through SBI Collect, and payments are strictly non-refundable.

Candidates are advised to carefully verify eligibility conditions before applying, as incomplete or incorrect applications will be rejected.
