Generally, businesses provide offers during festival seasons to attract their customers.

Airlines are no exception to that.

IndiGo, one of the low-cost airline carriers in India announced its Diwali Sale Offer.

A total of 10 lakh seats have been put in this offer. The flight tickets start from ₹899 (all-inclusive) for domestic travel and ₹3,999 for international travel in this offer.

IndiGo’s Diwali sale started on October 24 and ends by October 26. You can book the tickets for travel between November 8, 2018 to April 15, 2019 under this offer.

The date of departure should not be less than fifteen days prior to the booking date.

The Offer is valid only on non-stop flights on various sectors through IndiGo’s domestic as well as international network. The discount is not applicable on airport charges and the taxes of government as well.

Like any other offer, this offer also cannot be clubbed with other offers. Furthermore, it cannot be transferable, exchangeable or encashable.

However, change in itinerary is permitted by paying the prescribed fee and fare difference.

Group bookings cannot be made under the offer.

IndiGo’s starting fare on some domestic routes are as follows:

• Lucknow-Delhi and Delhi-Chandigarh – ₹1,299
• Patna-Ranchi – ₹1,399
• Pune-Ahmedabad – ₹1,699
• Delhi-Bagdogra – ₹2,699
• Lucknow -Goa and Hyderabad-Dehradun – ₹2,999
• Amritsar-Guwahati – ₹3,099
• Bengaluru-Dehradun – ₹ 4,199

IndiGo’s starting fare on some international routes are as follows:

• Bengaluru-Singapore – ₹5,299
• Bengaluru-Bangkok – ₹6,599
• Delhi-Kuala Lumpur – ₹7,299
• Kolkata-Singapore – ₹7,599
• Delhi-Phuket – ₹7,899

This is the third time in around three months that IndiGo has offered a million seats for sale. First time, in July this year, sale of 1.2 million seats were put on with the starting fare of ₹1,212. Second time, IndiGo offered sale of 10 lakh tickets in the month of September with the starting fare of ₹999. And this is third time and the starting fares are ₹899.
