Dubai restaurant offers expensive biryani
Biryani is one of the most favourite dishes of Indians. It is in the top five list of ordered from food lovers across the country.
Biryani lovers across the globe are ready to pay huge money for its taste. That’s why this Dubai restaurant offers the most expensive biryani in the area, which costs around ₹20,000 equivalents at DH 1,000.
Bombay Borough is located in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). It launched a special biryani, the Royal Gold Biryani. The biryani is garnished with edible 23-carat gold leaves and served on a large golden plate.
The restaurant also serves biryani with a variety of edible gold leaf kababs. These include the Kashmiri lamb seekh kababs, Rajput chicken kababs, old Delhi lamb chops, Mughlai koftas etc.
Bombay Borough, on its Instagram handle, wrote that pre-booked orders can save time or else customers have to wait for 45 minutes as the preparation of biryani would consume time.
Bombay Borough restaurant’s interior design resembles the British-era bungalow.
The Royal Gold Biryani was launched by the restaurant as part of their anniversary celebrations.
The biryani is also served royally. Men with golden aprons wearing gold gloves serve the giant platter. Different types of rice are served with various varieties of packed gold foils on the rice on the plate. The different types of rice represent the biryani rice found in various regions of India.
The cooking styles of biryani in different places across India are different. For instance, Hyderabad biryani is different from Mumbai variety. The Royal biryani offers four different flavours available in India.
Besides, three creamy Indian curries along with a bowl of raita are served along with biryani.
