This Bengaluru based startup is an aggregator of small trucks for intra-city transport.

Vinay Goyal and Sanjay Shah are the founders of Instavans. Instavans offers different services to truck drivers or carriers and shippers. Both have to register with them and become partners to use their platform.

It provides both GPS and SIM-based tracking. With its optimized route-planning, carriers can find the best route. Since it is integrated with WhatsApp, shippers can track the documents immediately and directly from a truck driver’s phone.

The startup assures faster confirmation of a trip with Algorithmic sourcing. This online truck booking platform offers several benefits to shippers as well as carriers.

Instavans offers different pricing plans for carriers. The growth plan is free. Users can register with them to avail their services. This plan has limited features like EPOD updation, real-time notifications, bidding platform and bulk upload.

Pro and Enterprise are two different pricing plans. Pro plan has some additional features like route planner, asset management etc. along with all Growth plan features.

Enterprise plan has API integration, EPOD monitoring etc. in addition to all Pro plan features. Users can contact them to know the price.

Insavans has partnered with many carriers. With this, shippers can get the best rates by choosing the right vehicle through reverse bidding. Besides, they can get real-time notifications. Proof of delivery can be tracked easily through WhatsApp. Automated GST, load management automation, digital LRS and pay per trip are some other benefits they offer to shippers.
