Revolt RV400 – AI-enabled Electric Motorcycle
Revolt RV400 motorcycle is the first AI-enabled electric motorcycle in the county. It is manufactured by Gurugram based Revolt Intellicorp Pvt Ltd. which is at par with a normal 125cc petrol motorcycle.
RV400 motorcycle is powered by 3.24 KWh Lithium-Ion battery to generate 72V of power. It comes with a portable charger and a removable battery pack to be recharged at your home or office. It can be fully charged within four to five hours and a single charge of the battery gives 150km.
The batteries meet the standards as per Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) and have been certified as waterproof, damage proof, shockproof, and compatible under all weather conditions, as standard.
Some of the key features of the bike are:
- You can swipe to start or stop the bike.
- View your past rides, routes, battery usage and the number of kilometres driven.
- Check your battery status in real-time.
- Locate your bike at any time.
- Set an alarm and make it theft-free.
- Choose various exhaust sounds.
- You can find swap stations nearby.
Revolt Motors offers ‘My Revolt Plan’ under which the bike can be bought with monthly payments.
You need to pay ₹3,999 per month for 37 months to buy RV400 premium variant.
Though it is similar to an EMI scheme, the major difference is the name of the customer.
The bike will be under your name from day one.
The monthly charges paid in the three years cover service charges as well. These include replacement of brake pads and brake fluids thrice in three years and tyres once.
The monthly charges also include insurance, RTO and other charges.
Apartment from electricity cost, there is nothing to pay once you pay the full amount.
