Students are encouraged to share their thoughts, dreams, ambitions etc. in the initial days. They will be given 12 days for this. After the completion of this period, the students will continue in the course if they are still interested in pursuing the course.
Tata STRIVE Skill Development Centers are built in various regions across the country using the infrastructure available with group companies.
Tata Strive also has many partners to conduct this program. Their partners include trusts, banks, government agencies, NGOs, foundations, and non-profit associations.
