SBI Magnum Balanced Fund | Fusion - WeRIndia

As the name says, SBI Magnum Balanced Fund is a balanced fund. It invests in a diversified portfolio and a mix of equity and debt investments. The fund is ideal for investors who do not wish their investment to be exposed completely to equity markets, but are looking for comparatively higher returns than those provided by debt funds. This is a long-term investment.

There is no entry load for this fund. There is also no exit load after 18months from the date of allotment. Yet, it is 1.50 % if it is exited prior to that. The minimum application amount is Rs. 5000. Investors can use SIP and SWP options. Monthly SIP can be done for Rs. 1000 and in multiples of 1 thereafter for a maximum of six months, or for Rs. 500 and in multiples of 1 thereafter for at least one year. For quarterly SIP, minimum of Rs.1500 is invested and in multiples of 1 thereafter for minimum one year. Systematic Withdrawal Plan (SWP) is Rs. 500 per month or quarter.
