TwinsTribe redefining parenting for twins in India

Parenting is never easy, but when you’re raising twins, everything from feeding to sleep schedules doubles in complexity.

This is the gap that TwinsTribe, a Nagpur-based startup, is closing with its twin-specific products and thriving support community for parents.

Founded by cousins Ruchika Agrawal and Nikita Agarwal, TwinsTribe began as a community in June 2023 and grew into a full-fledged product brand by February 2024.

TwinsTribe’s inspiration came from real-life experience. Ruchika, a mother of twins herself, struggled to find suitable products and reliable information during early parenthood.

Alongside Nikita, she set out to build something unique, not just a brand, but a lifeline for twin parents.

Today, TwinsTribe offers 44 smart products made just for twin babies. These include lightweight strollers that can be used together or separately, and twin bassinets that also work as playpens.

They also sell feeding and memory logs to track sleep, feeding times, and diaper changes.

Each product is designed to help parents stay organised and reduce stress. TwinsTribe makes daily life easier for those raising twins.

These solutions directly address the chaos that comes with twin parenting and aim to bring organisation and ease into daily routines.

Their signature stroller, weighing just 11.5 kg, is not only the lightest in its class but also aircraft-compatible and designed for Indian conditions.

Alongside strollers, the brand offers twin-specific toys, clothes, blankets, and parental T-shirts.

Most sales (around 70-75%) happen through their own website, with Amazon handling the rest. Expansion to Flipkart and offline retail is on the cards.

Beyond products, the TwinsTribe blog features over 25 articles written by twin parents, doctors, and experts, attracting about 5,000 readers monthly.

There’s also a real-time WhatsApp support group to connect new twin parents with others walking the same path.

With India seeing a rise in twin births due to delayed pregnancies and fertility treatments, this niche is quickly growing.

Bootstrapped and doubling its monthly sales, TwinsTribe has hit a run rate of ₹40–50 lakh in just six months.

As the founders eye global expansion in five years, they also plan to introduce expert-backed resources around nutrition, mental health, and sleep training, ensuring twin parents never feel alone in their journey.
