Franklin Build India Fund

This mutual fund scheme was first allotted on September 4, 2009. It has two plans: the Growth plan and the Dividend plan. It introduced a new ‘Direct plan’ in effect from September 13, 2012 to be compatible with SEBI.
Franklin Build India Fund is benchmarked against CNX 500. The fund’s growth is Rs. 23.46 and dividend is Rs.19.07. The minimum amount to be invested in this fund is Rs. 5,000 and Rs. 1,000 thereafter. Minimum SIP amount and withdrawal amount is Rs. 1,000. There is no entry load, but the exit load is 1% if it is redeemed within 2 years.
