Customers have to pay while confirming the order and they can choose either full payment or part payment under which at least ₹1,000 have to be paid to the company. The remaining payment should be cleared after the initiation of the job.

Additional charge is collected if the customer reschedules the shifting or relocation date. This charge depends on the availability of the shifting date. Confirmation fee will not be refunded if the customers cancels the task.
